Double authentication is a good practice to put in place. What is the principle of it?
Identify any user using two elements independent of each other, but which may come from the same source. Identifiers are elements that make it possible to unequivocally ensure the identity of a user.
The identifiers found in ProMenu are usually:
- the last name
- the first name
- the unit
- the user’s bedroom
Note: in some establishments, it is possible to find the file number.
In the most common reports, those used for food distribution, we find:
- the tray menus
- the bulk menu
- the menu to enter .
On these reports we find the user’s last name, first name, unit, and room. However, it is also possible to add the user’s picture when printing their reports.
It is possible to upload the user's picture to their ProMenu folder and print it on the distribution reports. Most often, the picture used is the one taken when the user is admitted and the one displayed on the room door, or in the medication control and monitoring notebook.
Therefore, when serving meals, the person responsible for distribution can identify the user with the picture and by checking the name on his ID bracelet.
Makes sense, doesn't it?
